THE STORY BEHIND SOIRÉE BEVERAGE CO.

Soirée began inside the walls of our own event venue, where beverage service was simply one part of the guest experience. As a family-owned business, hospitality has always been personal to us. We believe the best celebrations are the ones where people feel welcomed, cared for and free to enjoy the moment. Over time, we realized the bar was often at the heart of that experience—a place where guests gathered, connected and celebrated together. That idea became the beginning of Soirée.

What started as an in-house service soon grew beyond our venue and into weddings, corporate events and private celebrations throughout Central Illinois. Along the way, our offerings expanded, our team grew, and our focus became clear: creating beverage experiences that feel thoughtful, polished and genuinely welcoming.

Today, Soirée Beverage Co. is about much more than serving drinks. From handcrafted cocktails and mocktails to elevated non-alcoholic options, every detail is designed to make hosting feel effortless and guests feel at home. As we continue to grow, we’ll always hold onto what started it all: family, thoughtful hospitality, beautifully crafted beverages and a genuine love for bringing people together.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE POUR

We're Tyler and Hillary, the husband-and-wife team behind Soirée Beverage Co. What started as a shared love for bringing people together has grown into something we get to build side by side, one celebration at a time. Tyler leads the bar as our head bartender and mixologist, crafting the drinks and setting the tone behind the scenes, while Hillary brings years of event know-how from her work as an event planner and the founder of Hillary Rae Events. Together, we pour our hearts into every event, because to us, this isn't just a business. It's family. And when you book with Soirée, you become part of it.

Hillary is one of the founders behind Soirée Beverage Co. She is also an Event Planner and founder of Hillary Rae Events. Hillary knows the ins & outs of all things weddings & events.

Tyler is one of the founders behind Soirée Beverage Co. and the head bartender and mixologist. He's the main face behind the bar, crafting signature drinks and making sure every guest is well taken care of.
